GIDARI PROGRAMME SERVICES

Our guided programmes can be adapted “à la carte”. This means that we will listen to the specific requests of your group and its participants and can then add various extra services to the basic programme or our initial proposal. These services include for example:

GUIDES: Professional guides (with state diploma) chosen according to the programme: mountain guides for trekking and hiking, wild-water guides (kayak, rafting…), guides for canoeing and climbing. Professional staff for guided tours & excursions etc.

MATERIAL: We can supply: Kayaks, raft boats, hydrospeed, canoes etc. Boats for sea transfer/crossing, helmets, neoprene wetsuits, life jackets, paddles etc.

LOGISTICS: This includes vehicles for transport and drivers, camping material (tents, camping kitchen, lighting, utensils, etc.), staff for cooking and support.

ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD & BEVERAGE: Accommodation in camping, mountain huts, bed & breakfasts, hotels or others according to the given possibilities at destination. F&B during the trip (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is chosen according to your requests and possibilities/infrastructure on site.

TRANSPORT: We can organise and supply transport from the airport, or any other place of arrival, to the starting point of our trip (transport by minibus, coach, boat, …). In cooperation with the travel agency VIAJES IKEA we can organise airline tickets, accommodation, trip extensions etc.

INSURANCE: Although all our programmes include assistance insurance you have the option to subscribe to different extensions of this insurance (covering luggage, cancellation, more extensive medical assistance etc.).
